MILLENIUM PRIZE PROBLEMS
Seven problems in mathematics were stated in 2000 as Millenium Prize Problems
If you have the correct solution to any of the problems you can win US$1.000.000
On of theses problems, the Poincaré’s Conjecture, has been solved in 2010 by Grigori Perelman but he refused the award.
There are six problems left :
- Hodge conjecture
- P versus NP problem
- Riemann hypothesis
- Yang-Mills existence and mass gap
- Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness
- Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture
